All businesses have a build-up of newsletters and email campaigns. The question is: What do you do with all this information?
Well, you archive them for future reference for staff, clients, and especially, new clients. GraphicMail allows you to create a microsite (or mini website), making your past newsletters and email campaigns publicly accessible as web pages. To put things simply, a microsite generally refers to a small website (the link) that is the off-shoot of a bigger website (your company website). Each GraphicMail account comes with a free microsite. So, for example, if your account name is Travelbiz, your microsite will be www.graphicmail.co.za/travelbiz. Each microsite is fully customizable to suit your brand from within your GraphicMail account.
GraphicMail’s Microsite creates an archive of all your past newsletters and email campaigns. This enables you to provide a web of information for reference to interested clients and employees. It also increases content on your website; this is especially useful for new clients.

A microsite is more than just an easily accessible archive for your email newsletters. It can be a doorway for search engines, a marketing site for newsletter campaigns, and a research library for customers.
Here's how to set up a microsite in 7 easy steps:
1. Go to the Newsletter menu, and then Click on the Microsite button.
2. Under general settings, give your microsite a title. This title will appear in the title bar.
3. Choose if you would like your site positioned in the middle, to the right, or the left. Now preview your microsite.
4. Under the homepage (which is the landing page) setup, choose a newsletter to appear on this page.
5. Select a landing page. We have a selection of landing page templates. You can also create your own. View the microsite to see how it looks. Changes can be made if you’re not immediately satisfied.
6. Now the fun begins. Brand your microsite a bit so that it’s vaguely in line with your website colors. Build and add your menu, customize your menu navigation, choose a style and skin, and select preview.
7. Now start adding your newsletters under the menu builder section.
